price of silicon without mask set?

I heard that a maskset does cost about 500k USD. (you write about this in your post)
Now there are companies working on a maskless production technology. So my question is:
How much does it cost to let produce one wafer (300mm) in 28nm and 65 nm without the mask costs?
A 300mm wafer does have about 70000 mm² and mass market FPGA chips are sold for about 1 USD/mm² (including packaging and profit any everything)
You wrote some infos about silicon economics, but the price for one wafer is still not clear to me.
