Ordering Status

Hi Folks,
i've got some questions about my order which was sent on July the 13th (these where 58 days from today) via DigiKey.
The back order option from DigyKey is still set, and is increased every day + 37 days. Do you issue a statement about that?
Or is this the regular procedure, to let the customer in the dark about the status of the delivery?
There where no information sent, nether via DigiKey to me (the customer) nor via the supplier to DigiKey...
Furthermore you sent a tweet about the new version of the porcupine board and i get in contact with DigiKey to order the new version, they replied with this:
'Please be advised that all available stock for part 1554-1003-ND is Rev 1; we do not have Rev 2 available.'
What's about that?
