Remote X screen on Android Pad

Is it overseeably possible to run an xwindows program (with some graphics) on the Ubuntu of the parallella board, and show and interact with it on some Android tablet (e.g. the Asus TF101), and which software would be required ? I'd like to run audio programs with simple interfaces, so..
