I wonder if Adapteva got my shipping information correctly from Kickstarter.
I filled in the survey (Jan 16) for my pledge and I can see my response in the Kickstarter site, but I have not received a confirmation mail from Adapteva acknowledging they got the information.

I am worried there is a disconnection here. Who may I contact to check if everything is all right?

Kickstarter seem reliable with surveys in my experience. Did you get a confirmation email about your chosen forum user ID? If you did that suggests the form got through. Mine was sent mid December which was before you submitted your form so possibly they have changed things since.

If Kickstarter confirmed receipt of your survey, then we received it. We will send out a confirmation email to your Kickstarter registered email address to confirm your shipping address shortly before shipping any products. Please make sure "admin@parallella.org" is in your Contacts list to make sure it doesn't get stuck in your spam filter.
