Request for cancellation of pre-order

I would like to cancel my pre-order of Parallella16 and would like to get refund.
Reason being that I assumed, that I would be able to use GPIO of the Zynq directly using PEC connector cable extension.

Unfortunately, it seems difficult to find such a connection cable or break out board.
I would like to get the refund as soon as possible so that I can go ahead with some other board for my project.

I have mailed sales@adapteva.com, though yet to receive a reply.
Do I need to do anything else?

Thanks for this wonderful initiative, but unfortunately it is not suitable for me as of now.
I shall consider this when I start making custom PCBs.
