Hello,

Unfortunately, I managed to short my Micro-USB port (beside the Mini-HDMI port), and the board immediately turned off and won't turn on again. I used a digital multimeter to measure the resistence of F1, and nothing registers. I assume it has blown? Is there a way to test to see if this is the cause and if there's any more damage? If this is the only damage, is there a way to replace the fuse?

I'm guessing you'd need to replace the fuse, or else short it out. Which is going to require some handy work with a soldering iron or possibly a hot air gun. All of which involves an element of risk, of course, but then if the board is presently dead...

However, I'd suggest waiting to see if anyone else has any other ideas before diving in.

OK, but be mindful of the fact that shorting the fuse and applying power could make matters worse if there is an unresolved problem downstream of this!

just to post the conclusion: it worked! I soldered a new fuse to it (part ERB-RE4R00V) and it's working normally. For future reference: if you short your USB port, the fuse will blow.
