Case Mods ?? Start with the logo :

How so ?
- Well a clevererer person than I would have thought of all this
before he took the production mask off that came with the case pieces !
- In any event, get some 'poster paint' which for me means water based 'durable' paint ( as opposed to 'permanent marker' ). It came as felt tipped pen for me ...
- run the ink all over a given feature especially filling the etched grooves.
- wait until it is well dry.
- gently rub ( not scratch ) off the ink that is flush with the surface. For preference use ever so slightly damp cotton buds ( wet briefly on your tongue ).
- this leaves the color only in the grooves !!
For my effects as above it is metallic flecked gold for 'parallella', pink for the left 'binary' hemisphere, metallic flecked silver for the right 'tracked' hemisphere and black to the enclosing brain outline. For my next trick : the end panel port labels ....

( edit ) To be perfectly honest my amateur photography does not do justice here .... it really comes up nice and is cheap to do !
( edit ) I chose water based ink/paint because that's easy to clean off with warm soapy water and a gentle washing action. In case you don't like the result or have stuffed up.
