Epiphany IV differences and architecture reference?

Not sure this is the right place, but here goes:

Does the Epiphany IV architecture differ significantly from Epiphany III on the ISA level? If so, will an architecture reference be released for it as well?

There are no ISA differences between Epiphany-III and Epiphany-IV. ("binary compatible"). There will be a post later tonight with the link to the new spec. It includes a section that highlights the differences between the two chips.
