Lead times for DDR3L can be long, agreed.
Based on 100-piece pricing the raw BOM for the Parallella would be about $200-$300.

Are you asking if it is hard to reach the $100 price point with only 6,300 boards being shipped? YES!

Not sure I understand the DCDC question. Are you referring to the PMIC on the board? We are working directly with the manufacturer of the PMIC and are getting great pricing and support. It helps that our current levels are not too high.

Both PMICs and the HDMI IC is on the board layout. The HDMI IC is #4 in the picture that mgrs showed in this thread.
PMICs are G/D.

You are not going to rest until you get the schematic I appreciate it. There are 4 inductors there for the 4 switching supplies, I can confirm it. They are pretty small. There are also 4 linear regulators there for some of the smaller current rails.
