Forgive my ignorance on the subject, but are Epiphany chips immune to all this talk of Meltdown and Spectre?

Epiphany cores are immune. There is no speculative execution on Epiphany. The code pays for branches. There is no cache. All the on-chip memory and the shared DRAM is addressable.

If you asked about the ARM host cores...yes, they are vulnerable to variants 1 and 2.
