Sorry for the slow reply...missed this topic. Any memory location marked as "reserved" should not be written to, or "strange things could happen". Reserved bit fields within a register should be written with "0's".

A small number of undocumented location will be revealed once they have been tested properly and proven to be reliable. We have a few summer interns working on this right now...
