Combining Parallella with a variety of scientific computing needs seems only natural. Would be good to have a section for these projects.

Just to note my own interest:
- Porting my quantum chromodynamic lattice simulator and greatly improving it's output
- Signal inputs to 3D+ scenegraph generator
- Some medical imaging, especially a cheaper MRI.
- Awesome things playing with spectrography
- Measuring resonance w/analog unit

That's certainly a selection of very interesting projects!

As requested I've created a Scientific Computing forum and it would be great if you could share further details of these projects and ideas there. Probably best to split each into a separate topic so that it's easier for people to find and contribute to the discussion.

Cheers,
