Using OpenCL extensions - memcopy

How does one use OpenCL extensions - specifically memcopy?
A number of examples (e.g. mandelbrot and matmul) use memcopy and there are no clues as to how to include them in compile or link.
There are two candidates as far as I can see: e32_opencl_ext.h and coprthr_device.h but they churn out reems of compile errors for other included files.
Any clues?

Hi Gideon,
DAR's reply to your other post is the best I've got.
It didn't seem very encouraging. I was going to have a look at MPI anyway so I'll try and figure out what he is driving at.

Did not mean to be discouraging. If you get a chance can you send the full output of compiler errors you see as a text file to dar at browndeertechnology dot com. I am just curious. If its an easy fix, I would like to help. Its just been some time since these extensions were tested.
