No epiphany-sourceware repo on the Adapteva org

It took me a good bit of searching around to find the sources for the simulator here: https://github.com/embecosm/epiphany-sourceware

This should probably be moved/forked to Adapteva's org on GitHub?

Hi alexrp,

The simulator exists in https://github.com/adapteva/epiphany-gdb. Due to changes upstream it is now not possible to have an epiphany-sourceware repository (as binutils and gdb have moved from the sourceware repo which was previously tracked to their own).

What previously was epiphany-sourceware is now epiphany-gdb, epiphany-binutils, epiphany-newlib, epiphany-cgen, all under adapteva on GitHub. This is documented in viewtopic.php?f=13&t=471.
