You seem to be building the Hello World program from the obsolete EMEK platform. Where did you find that?

If you need a code sample for the Parallella, look at the esdk/examples directory, or at the parallella-examples repo on GitHub.

Nevertheless, you probably do not have some prerequisite installed on your machine. Please read:

The example project on Eclipse was made for the EMEK platform. I think that it is mentioned in the book.
