Thanks for posting. I have been following your project with great interest for some time now! Very exciting stuff. I agree that the BSP model is very promising for Epiphany and similar manycore architectures! 3 years ago I was 100% convinced that "the right" programming model for Epiphany was from the area of BSP, dataflow, message passing....but every time I started talking about it, customers started rolling their eyes. Everyone wanted OpenCL or OpenMP! 3 years later...and I feel more strongly than ever that some variant of BSP/message passing is (and was!) the correct approach.

Yes, the idea behind PAL is to sit underneath BSPa an other frameworks!
