Hi guys,

I'm under the impression that each epiphany core has 32kb of memory, however I've found several examples where the file size of the .srec file exceeds 32kb.

One example of this is the "e-bandwidth-test" found within the epiphany examples where the .srec is 60kb.

In my head this shouldn't run but it does.

Am I missing something or making a mistake?

srec files are text so unnecessarily bulky.

but they can also contain multiple sections - it's possible to load text/data into the global system memory too

If it isn't immediately obvious from the srec or elf files, does binutils provide an easy way to find out the size of the binary blob that will be sent to each core?
