Trouble with the additional GCC modules

I am following this guide: https://github.com/adapteva/epiphany-sd ... ng-the-SDK

I used the direct download links to download each of those 3 files.

However, two of them say compress and only one of them says extract. SHouldn't they all say extract?
Two that say compress:

Or, better yet, can someone tell me what they did, step by step, for the additional GCC modules?

HI baseball guy,

Is this now solved? Your photo links don't work for me. As far as I can see all three links give you a compressed tar file, which you should extract in the gcc directory.
