Are you able to export the files in STEP format? I believe that is somewhat widely supported format in CADs (although I cannot tell for sure, but atleast VariCAD support importing it :)). For even wider audience getting Google Sketchup (probably not possible..) or even STL (stereo litegraphy, useful for mesh-based tools) files could be helpful.

More relevant than ever .

Is anyone able to produce something workable in a 3d program from these files?

Apparently the mechanical files have received some updates as well, so it would be nice if Someone(TM) with the right tools took the data and produced preferably STEP or at least STL models for the rest of us! While the laser-cut acryl cases that we seem to be getting look nice, I'm sure some pretty 3d-printed cases would be nice as well .

It looks I am already able to process the 2d DXF files myself and with time design a 3d-model, but if they have some data that allow direct 3d model generation to be done without manual work then that would obviously be better .

I got some measurements from the data already: board size 86.36 mm x 54.61 mm and thickness is, if I'm reading right, 0.062" or 1.5748 mm.

Btw, I imagined the top/bottom 6.35 mm are something that are removed after the manufacturing, is that so? In the pictures those parts don't seem to contain anything interesting.

Anybody tried to import into FreeCAD?

There seems to have been some fixes to do with emn and emp files
