What is the safe maximum operating temperature for the Zynq and for other components?

My board is sitting idle at Zynq Temp: 59.5 C / 139.1 F as reported by the script on this thread: http://forums.parallella.org/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=930

Is this the correct resource to reference?
