Is it possible to get a 64 core board version with the 7020 and GPIO? Very interested in GPIO. If they have to be ordered one at a time I would be interested in the cables as well.

Actually 64 core board _are_ being made. Just much more than 199$. I think the 750$ reward tier is 64 core.

Also look a the 64CORE-MAY reward ...

Boards with 64 core exists and some will be shipped to backers. They might not be on the shop and may be they won't but some backers will get one.

- as I will otherwise never get a reply to my original question if 'somebody' else - I am prepared, as Sundance did it many years ago (see photo) - to invest into getting a Parallella cable manufactured by Samtec to connect Multiple Paraella's via a FlexiPCB.

The 'Black' connector is a 60-way; different to the PEC :-(

It really would be sensible and open even more doors for the use of Parallella's if a cable was around - and it would make any Daughter cards cheaper, as the eLink PEC connectors could be avoided.

Do you know if they make a flexi "break-out" type cable?

Also sorry didn't mean to hijack the topic, just was looking at buying the 7020 model and didn't see any options to get a x4 setup like the other 7010 variant on the site.
